I’m an artist from Monterrey, México, working with/through food.

My work dives into the intricate interplay between cultural identity and subjectivity — our understanding of the world and of ourselves is shaped by the political and affective relationships reflected in our food culture.

Exploring across participatory projects, cooking, horticulture, writing, performance, and self-publishing, I keep my practice deeply connected to life, finding joy in processes of co-creation. My dream is that my work can open spaces for sharing, questioning, reconnecting, and radical collective imagination, grounded in the body + the senses, to unfurl the surface of our everyday life, and look at the issues of production/consumption hidden beneath, moving towards sustainable communal action.
